Forest School

Our Forest School is a place where children can explore, investigate, learn and communicate in a beautiful outdoor space. We plan a range of creative and engaging activities, where children can increase their confidence, challenge themselves physically and develop a variety of skills. All of this learning takes place outdoors, bringing with it all of the well being associated with fresh air and an understanding of nature.

Our sessions are run by Donna, our trained Forest School Leader. Under her expert guidance, the children enjoy a range of activities from investigating mini beasts to using ropes and pulleys, creating natural art works to being nature detectives, building dens and much more.

During each session the children will be provided with a healthy and hearty snack, often cooked on the campfire, and a drink (usually hot chocolate in the winter to warm chilly hands!)

Our Pre-Schoolers Forest School session takes place on Tuesday mornings – 9am-12pm (term time only). Children need to wear warm, waterproof clothing in the winter and light long sleeves and trousers in the summer.

Please phone or email for more information or to book your child a place.
